In Plant 21 of Sany Changsha Industrial Park, several electric forklifts are handling materials in an orderly manner - precise forking, smooth movement, and high-level stacking, demonstrating efficient and stable operation performance. These unmanned counterbalanced forklifts independently developed by Sany Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sany Robotics"), with a load-bearing capacity of 2 tons and a stack height of up to 5 layers, are gradually being applied to multiple logistics and warehousing scenarios.
In order to overcome the problems of high pollution, high energy consumption and high noise of traditional fuel forklifts, and break through the shortcomings of electric forklifts in the face of extreme working conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, high dust, and heavy load, such as insufficient power, poor adaptability, and battery life anxiety, Sany Robotics innovatively introduced a 300V high-voltage lithium battery platform, applying the "three electricity" system (battery, motor, electronic control) and vehicle controller (VCU) in the field of new energy vehicles to the forklift product line. Sany electric forklifts not only exceed the power performance of fuel equipment of the same level, with a maximum climbing degree of 25%, but also realize the efficient energy supply of "charging for 1 hour and working continuously for 8 hours".
In terms of reliability, the Sany electric forklift is equipped with an IP67 protection grade three-electric system and a water-cooled heat sink, which has undergone rigorous tests such as high temperature, high dust, rain and immersion. At present, the product has successfully entered more than 50 countries and regions around the world and is used in more than 40 complex working conditions.
In addition to electric forklifts, Sany Robotics has also independently developed a variety of handling robot products that can be quickly deployed and applied, such as intelligent driving handling robots, unmanned handling robots, indoor and outdoor unmanned counterweight forklifts, photovoltaic loading and unloading robots, and cargo handling robots.
